NTU collaborated with Yunlin Country government from 2019 to 2022. Yunlin County is one of the largest agricultural county in Taiwan. The plant and animal medicine teams opened service stations to provide consultancy and workshops on pest control and livestock veterinary services. The teams also used instruments at the Yunlin Plant Hospital for pesticide chemical or disease detection, lowering the amount of pesticide used and promoting eco-friendly farming.
