(Free) NTU researcher Gwo Wen Hwang conducted a research project that analyzes the ecosystem, water quality, hydrology, wetland environmental education, and community participation at the Shuanglianpi Wetland. Through the wetland environmental education volunteer training, farm workshops, agricultural education, and wetland environmental education courses, Hwang aimed to promote the importance of the fresh water systems.

(Free) National Taiwan University communicated and discussed with residents and communities about the feasibility of using water from the sewer next to Taipei City Hakka Cultural Park to irrigate the Hakka Farms, and co-organized the “Community Communication and Sharing Session on Water Quality and Environmental Education” with the municipal government and the foundation to discuss the issues of recycled water with the local community.
